I placed an order on the website, I didn't like anything, received €17 for nothing, thanks

They were so kind, they offered us a can of soda.

I'd eaten there before without any problems, but this is the second time I've been and it's been a disaster. The first time, I ordered two tacos, but we couldn't eat them; they mixed up the order—it was disgusting. We gave them another chance yesterday and ordered two pizzas, but today we're both doubled over with stomach pains; I've never experienced anything like it. I don't recommend it at all; avoid it unless you want to get sick!

Since the manager changed, the wait for an order is extremely long, even when the place is completely empty. The service is inconsistent, not always friendly, and the kitchen takes forever. The quality of the fillings has declined. I'm really disappointed.

The service is awful. I can understand the wait time given the number of people, but after paying €40 for a taco meal and chugging a can of Coke with my fries, I asked for sauces to go with the fries I'd ordered. They barely even wanted to give them to me, not to mention the cooks who gave me dirty looks for asking for sauce with fries.

Lots of mosquitoes that kept sticking to my pizza, disgusting, zero hygiene.

I placed a delivery order through your website, and the payment was processed immediately. After a waiting period, I contacted your company to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that no delivery driver was available and that my order would therefore not be delivered. When I requested a refund for an order I will not receive, I was told that you were not responsible for your delivery service and that no refund would be issued. I find this situation incomprehensible. As a customer, I ordered and paid directly on your website. If delivery cannot be guaranteed, it is only fair that the order be canceled and refunded. To date, I have neither received my order nor received a satisfactory solution. I therefore expect a prompt refund or for you to contact me to resolve this issue. I hope this review will finally lead to a response and a serious resolution to this situation.
