The staff inside are very friendly, but this is a very low-cost pizzeria. The unsanitary conditions inside are palpable and not hidden; just look at the spiders under the tables. The pizzas are filled only with frozen products. Avoid this place if you're looking for pizzas that are worth the price of fresh pizzas in real pizzerias.

Like every year, I took advantage of the school holidays to order from FIRST PIZZ in Firminy. It's perfect, with delivery right on time, thank you! I'm very satisfied with my last delivery of 3 pizzas from FIRST PIZZ. The delivery was perfect, on time (30 minutes), the driver was friendly, the regular pizzas are 33 cm, large and generously topped, and the price is reasonable. You can tell they're homemade.

A huge thank you for your excellent service! As a bus driver, it's hard to find something to eat quickly and hot. Not only was the delivery incredibly punctual (received at 1:10 pm as agreed at my terminal), but the pizza was delicious and still piping hot. This afternoon I ordered 3 pizzas with my father, once we had eaten we called to ask who had made them because they were so good. Alexis, we thank you, you delighted us and we will come back with pleasure 😁😉

First and last time we'll be eating at First Pizza. The telephone and in-person service was very pleasant (thank you, ladies), however, the pizza maker's rude attitude towards his colleagues is unacceptable! As for the pizzas, the dough is dry, even crusty underneath, with few or no toppings—in short, not up to par at all. Zero value for money; I would have been more satisfied with a frozen pizza!

Frankly, the service was very ordinary. However, the price was quite high for a very dry and low-quality pizza. The salmon pieces were thinly sliced ​​and burnt—unheard of for a so-called Norwegian pizza. The four-cheese pizza was very sparsely topped and, again, extremely dry. The crust wasn't bad, but nothing special. I should mention that I worked in a pizzeria for 10 years and I never saw this kind of problem.
