I'm truly shocked by this saleswoman (an older woman). Her way of speaking is completely unacceptable; she's verbally aggressive, impolite, and openly mocking. What's more, she doesn't know how to count change—thankfully I checked beforehand! And then she sighs as if it's normal to rip off customers? Ugh, what a scumbag! If you don't like your job, quit and retire at your age. This is the first time I've ever encountered someone like her; I've never seen anything like it! I've never had any problems with the other saleswomen before.

I was a little shocked by the way the saleswomen spoke, especially one in particular. A slightly older, blonde woman with curly hair and glasses. Because telling a customer, "I don't know what he's turning," while referring to another customer who is choosing their products, or at least thinking about what to buy, is simply unacceptable. I think you're going to have to learn a little more patience. When you work with people, you adapt.

A fantastic, incredibly welcoming and warm store. You'll find everything you need there, and the ovens are running at full capacity all day long! Thank you to this warm and helpful team who put a smile on your face, even with the bakers' music playing in the background. My sincere congratulations and I look forward to seeing you again very soon in your store.

I don't know what you've changed in your bread recipe, but the baguettes have become disgusting. First of all, they're full of flour; I don't see the point in that either. They're no longer crispy like they used to be, and especially the next day, they're inedible because they've hardened so much despite being stored under a bread dome. And I'm not even talking about the aesthetics, which are completely gone. Until now, you made better bread than some artisan bakeries; it's a shame. We haven't seen burger buns for a long time, and today, only one type of baking is offered for the baguettes. The only positive point is that the two saleswomen present today were very friendly and pleasant.

A huge thank you to Marie Blachère for having on her team an employee who truly made a difference to the business with her professionalism. Always smiling and pleasant, she made the welcome warm and the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Many customers will remember this veiled saleswoman with her infectious smile, who, unfortunately, no longer works there, much to the regret of the clientele. Her absence is clearly felt. It's employees like her who make you forget the store's significant shortcomings and bring real value to this bakery.

5 stars ⭐️ well deserved. I visited this Wednesday and was very satisfied with the service. I had just returned from a business trip where I was disappointed by the store. This shop definitely deserves its 5 stars. The products were well presented, and the items I received matched the description. The staff was warm and professional, providing a personal touch for even the simplest everyday task. It was particularly delicious, thank you to Alexandra and her team. The croissants were really good.

Where to begin? I've tried several times while traveling around Firminy. But there's ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!! I feel sorry for the staff. The management of this establishment is deplorable. I arrived yesterday at 11:30 am to get lunch and bread for this evening. The sales staff were pacing back and forth in front of the bakery. No manager, no one in production, there was no way to open. THEY CAME TO WORK FOR NOTHING! For goodness sake, treat your employees with some respect!! They're there, ready to serve, but serve what? Serve whom? You're a disgrace to the brand. I worked at a MB nine years ago in Civrieux d'Azergues; it was far from paradise, but compared to your pathetic management, you could easily mistake it for paradise!! It's absolutely scandalous, from a customer perspective, to cultivate such an image without batting an eye. To respond to Google reviews by saying you'll take it seriously. The truth is, you're doing nothing and it's pathetic. Your employees are waiting in the parking lot for you to react. REACT?! You've lost all credibility with local customers, with your inept and insulting management, your bogus hours, and your lack of supplies (you're the world's first bakery WITHOUT BREAD!). All you have left is the hope that your courageous saleswomen don't run away from this failing business to continue selling your raspberry tarts that collapse as soon as you cut a slice. Respect to the staff; being mistreated by such a large chain in France is almost heroic. I pray they stumble upon my comment and take you to the labor court. I think there's a real difference between what we see and what actually happens there—plenty of grounds for a case. 😀 Have a good day and goodbye!

What a welcome! You quickly regret coming to this shop where the staff are clearly not customer-oriented; there are no smiles, and you get the feeling you're bothering them. Several people I spoke to about this store had the same experience. The products are of the same quality as other stores in this chain, but frankly, the service doesn't make you want to come back. What a shame...

The staff are unfriendly and don't encourage you to buy anything. There are few specialty breads available. I prefer going to the other Marie Blachère in Firminy. There you'll find a smile and plenty of products.
