It's impossible to give zero stars, but the hygiene needs improvement, as does the food: cold, undercooked fries without salt, and the fish was like a stone. The overall condition of the premises and the hygiene protocols are substandard. I think a report to the health department is necessary to get this McDonald's back on track. We pay, and quality is paramount. We don't want to catch bacteria because of your lack of hygiene. Employees bring you your meals, and just before, they wipe down tables with a worn-out cloth, then don't wash their hands before bringing you your meal. It's unacceptable! Avoid this place!

First and last visit to this McDonald's. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived. The service was very slow. A tray fell on the floor and was put back in use. The restrooms were filthy. This is the first time I've ever seen a McDonald's in this state.

Once again, there was something missing from my order. You absolutely must double-check your order. Last time I didn't check, the sandwich was missing, and today the ice cream was gone. I live too far away to go back and get it. An oversight can happen, but I find them far too frequent. Given the price of a meal deal, we would appreciate it if orders were complete. I wouldn't have left a Google review, but I tried to contact you twice, and no one answers the phone.

Avoid at all costs... The person who served me was very haughty and unpleasant, without even a hello. You get better service at the other McDonald's in the area.
