The quality of the meat is incredible!!! It's hard to appreciate a run-of-the-mill brasserie steak when you're a Jaquemin customer! The prepared dishes are excellent (the trotter salad is divine). The pâtés and terrines are homemade, and I've rediscovered the taste of real charcuterie! Thank you!!!! There's a great atmosphere in the shop, even though I'm not the only customer, and the queue is sometimes impressive…. In short, an address to remember… A suggestion, if I may: a chair so that people with reduced mobility can sit down when the wait is a bit long….

I ordered flank steaks that were as thick as pre-cut ground beef. I told the waiter: "The meat is a little dark." He replied, "Yes, it oxidizes in the air." Why cut them in advance? The meat isn't good and it smells bad. Not only can I not choose the thickness, but the price is just too high.

When I read some of the comments, I'm very surprised… I've known this butcher shop for four years now, and I have nothing but praise for the quality of the products and the professionalism of the owners and staff! They say the customer is king, but that doesn't mean they have the right to be difficult! I highly recommend this butcher shop, whether for the quality of the meat (try it, you'll be won over) or for their catering and even restaurant services. Reviews are important when you don't know the place, and even though I think their experience and reputation speak for themselves!

During a family gathering last weekend at a gîte in Chambles, we ordered quiche and pizza from Maison Jacquemin. We all enjoyed the food and the kindness of the owner, who even delivered it to us.
