We were freezing all evening, the toilets were disgusting, never again!

A simple, efficient, and unpretentious brasserie. Perfect for lunchtime.

We were very cold, which was a shame because the food was decent. But given the not-so-clean restrooms, we questioned the kitchen's hygiene. I don't think I'll be going back.

I went there three and two years ago, and it was much better then, but I won't be going back. The Monaco restaurant was bland, the food arrived so quickly you barely had time to catch your breath! The chicken burger was cold and low-quality, like nuggets, with dry fries and no sauce. To top it all off, the dessert menu never arrived. The restaurant was barely heated, and the service was more than subpar! So, we got up, paid, and left. Was the payment smooth? Yes, yes... I will never set foot in that establishment again. Very disappointed.

Eating in a restaurant at 19°C because, according to the waitress, it's the legal minimum is outrageous! We didn't stay, but we could have done without hearing the waitress criticize us as we left, especially since we hadn't even ordered. There were only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant, while the one above Picard was full. They need to open their eyes and ask the right questions, otherwise, in a few months, it'll be closed down!

Really disappointed. We've known this restaurant for a while, but this time it was really bad, and we're done. Saturday night there was no heating, which can happen unfortunately, but the adventure didn't end there. My son's hamburger wasn't hot, and the fries were really bad. As for me, my cream-based pizza became a tomato base with chicken, goat cheese, and honey—not great. I don't understand. There was no reaction from the kitchen or the waitress. It's a shame; this place will probably close if this continues.

Very good pizza, but the room temperature was a bit cold; a little heat wouldn't hurt.

I hope I have Covid because I've never eaten anything so bland in my life. Plus, 25 bucks for a steak (frozen) with steamed vegetables is outrageous.

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs!!! The service was practically nonexistent, and the fish and meat dishes were awful. We had ordered the most expensive set menus, and the food was cold, and the fries were inedible—a disgrace! On a Monday evening, there were only two tables, and given that there are no other restaurants nearby, I think people knew better.
