Simple menu. Carefully prepared food with attentive and prompt service. The dining room has a canteen-like atmosphere. Reasonable prices.

A very good restaurant, located next to the slaughterhouses, so it's a bit of a meat lover's paradise. But the food features excellent sauces and is always beautifully presented. Everything is homemade with passion, and it shows in the food.

On a friend's recommendation, we discovered this establishment. If you're ever in La Talaudière, you absolutely must visit La Sauvagère restaurant. The welcome was warm, the cuisine traditional; I savored a calf's head that was simply divine and a plombière ice cream that reminded me of my mother's. Thank you to this wonderful team.
