I think I've discovered a new culinary concept at this pizzeria: digestive Russian roulette. 🎲🍕 The pizza looked promising… but apparently the meat had decided to stay in training mode, not quite ready for the real world. The result: a lovely encounter with the infamous undercooked meat bacteria. My stomach still remembers it. The delivery was fast (maybe a little too fast, actually), the atmosphere was alright, but I would have preferred to leave with a good memory rather than a microbiological experience. Friendly advice: either cook the meat properly… or throw in the antibiotics with the bill. 😉

And apparently, from what I've heard and read, I'm not the only one to have had this unpleasant surprise, which is even more worrying. The delivery was fast (maybe too fast, actually), the atmosphere was alright, but I would have preferred to leave with a good memory rather than a microbiological experience. I think a quick visit from the health inspector might be helpful, just to remind everyone of a simple principle: meat needs to be cooked… it's not optional. 😉 In short, an experience my stomach could have done without.
