Very nice restaurant, just disappointed they can't remove the cheese cooked in beer from the recipes. But everything was very good. The waitress, Anael, was smiling and pleasant.

We ordered a cold dish for my husband! Unfortunately, my salmon was far too salty, which really spoiled the enjoyment of the meal. It's a shame, because it could have been very pleasant. I hope this can be improved.

We had a wonderful time as a family at Les 3 Brasseurs de Steel in Saint-Étienne. The food was delicious, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere friendly. A big thank you also to Eric the magician, who came to our table. Our son loved his magic trick; it was a real bonus. The icing on the cake: the children's menu was free with the purchase of an adult meal, an excellent initiative that made our family outing even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

A very good meal, around €20 per person, and above all, impeccable service: we ate very well and didn't have to wait between courses. The servers were incredibly friendly, always smiling, attentive, and professional. I would especially like to thank Corentin, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Attentive, efficient, and incredibly pleasant, he truly enhanced our experience and made the meal even better. A super friendly server who definitely deserves to be highlighted. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience, and a special mention for Corentin who took such good care of us.
