I'm quite disappointed with my experience. The food was okay, but the service really ruined it. The waitress was unpleasant, didn't smile, and gave the impression that our presence bothered her. A minimum of hospitality and courtesy is part of the experience, even in fast food. It's a shame, because it doesn't make me want to come back.

I sincerely believe the manager should take charge of his team and remind them of some basic business practices, especially customer service and courtesy. And I'm not the only one who thinks so: all my colleagues feel exactly the same way. I work at Steel and I often eat there because it's close to my shop and saves me from having to cross the entire center for lunch. So sometimes, I don't really have a choice. But clearly, the courtesy and customer service need improvement, regardless of the time of day or whether it's busy or not. When you ask for a napkin or extra packaging for a sandwich or fries, it's treated like you're asking for something extraordinary. Once, I had to walk down the aisle of Steel with my fries half spilled on the ground. The man with the beard handed me my sandwich while chatting about his vacation with a friend, without even a "goodbye." The heavily made-up young woman didn't even get up from her chair to tell customers how many sandwiches were left. Another day, I wanted fries around 2 p.m. The response I received was, "We just turned on the fryer." When I asked how long I would have to wait, the answer was, "I don't know." Anyway, I could go on and on. Today, I'm simply taking the time to leave a comment because, judging by the negative reviews, I don't seem to be the only one who had this experience.

With one more, it could have been linked to the department of the geographical location. With 60, it could have been a good approximation of the minimum cooking temperature to protect against certain pathogenic bacteria. This is a straightforward opinion that I believe to be objective, although subjective, as it lacks a factual basis for measurement. The location is far from central but very convenient for resting while shopping in this part of the Acier complex, which stupidly refers to a word not found in the French language, unlike the one I just deliberately used. One shouldn't call a cat a dog, as it cannot be used in the composition of an edible sandwich, even a hot one. The products sold in this establishment are decent at a rather low price for this area. Unfortunately, the display of the origin of all the meats used doesn't seem to be readily apparent to consumers. The allergen information doesn't seem very clear for each product. The vast majority of food vendors are involved in this rather opaque practice. There have been decrees and laws on this matter for several years. Personally, I prefer less-than-inviting service to sly smiles that mask the poor value for money of the food. The level of service at this establishment is quite acceptable, particularly regarding speed and the payment methods accepted. The cleanliness level is adequate; I am unable to assess the hygiene as I do not have the necessary equipment.

The staff's attitude really needs improvement. No smiles, unpleasant. And don't even get me started on the wait...
