Kouk's Pizza

I bought a sandwich with two ground beef patties and cheese, but I was served three slices of crustless white bread with tasteless, sickeningly sweet meat and cheese that wasn't even melted. It looked nothing like the picture of the sandwich I'd seen on the menu. I couldn't even finish it. Don't go there; it's a waste of money and you risk getting food poisoning.

Honestly, I've never seen anything so disgusting and inedible. A wrap isn't that complicated to make. How is it possible to keep a snack bar open with such poor quality? I found pieces of wood in the sandwich, the kebab meat was full of grease, the fries were bad, and even the raw vegetables were inedible. The dough was thick, hard, and dry. On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes even though there was only one other customer. Frankly, I understand better now why there's nobody here and why the prices are so low. First and last time for me. Don't trust the reviews at all!!!!

This establishment, I imagine, has a problem with its smoke extraction system. The reception isn't welcoming but is still fairly adequate. The loyalty card only applies to pizzas... which is a shame. The restrooms are clean, but you have to constantly ask for liquid soap because the dispenser is always empty. The sandwiches aren't expensive, but the bread is a disgrace, and the kefta is dry and tasteless, only kefta in name. The tacos are ridiculously small; you order a meal deal, and no one at the table gets the same portion of fries. Please, gentlemen, get a grip: smile at your customers, include tacos and sandwiches in your loyalty program, invest in a smoke extraction system as soon as possible to avoid poisoning your customers, use quality products (especially bread), serve customers equally, and light up all your dining areas to brighten up your establishment. Change quickly and admit your mistakes instead of responding dismissively to customers who have left comments. Change because you risk being reported to the health department for your pizza oven, which apparently has a problem, and you also risk losing the few customers you have left. A disappointed customer who nevertheless gave you three chances to prove them wrong by returning despite their initial negative impression.

I ordered a mich kebab and they gave me a baguette with sauce and kebab meat. It's a rip-off. My friend ordered a taco, and the taco was just a sheet of paper. Don't go there; I advise against it. It's a scam.

Non en tant que gérant hélas ou heureusement, souvent heureusement, on ne fait pas ce que l'on veut .... Concernant votre règle de "fidélité", elle varie selon les personnes sur place et selon que la commande est sur place ou en livraison, avec des conditions et formules qui changent au moment de commander. En tant que commerçant, les règles doivent être claires, affichées et appliquées de la même façon à tous, sans remarques déplacées. I therefore stand by my opinion: the lack of respect was not on my part. Between the different rules for home delivery and dine-in, the smoke when you arrive, and the rudeness of the manager and his son, what a fiasco this establishment is! Avoid it!
