When I went to eat on the terrace, the tables were dirty, even the floor. The waitress had forgotten the sauces and practically threw them on my tray, and her manners were nonexistent. It's unacceptable! Shameful!

I am very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The establishment did not seem clean, particularly the terrace where the tables were dirty. The service was unsatisfactory: there was a lack of attentiveness and consideration towards the customers. During my visit, I was also disappointed by the attitude of the blonde woman at the reception desk, whom I found unfriendly. Finally, some items from my order were missing: sauces and napkins. I hope these points will be taken into account in order to improve the quality of service and the welcome.

I'm really disappointed. During my visit yesterday, the staff was quite cold and inattentive to customers. In particular, the blonde waitress at the entrance, whom I didn't find very friendly or helpful. Furthermore, they forgot the sauces and napkins in my order. I also noticed that the tables on the terrace were very dirty. It's a shame, as it doesn't give a good impression of the establishment. I hope these points will be taken into account to improve the service.

No air conditioning, only one coffee choice, and unfortunately not much for breakfast. Espresso or double espresso. The staff is helpful, pleasant, and smiling. Not sure if the Wi-Fi works...

A little manners, please. A young person responsible for announcing order numbers is very rude; she throws customers' trays onto the counter while huffing and puffing. I hope the manager of this McDonald's will be able to explain to her how to behave, since it's clear her parents didn't teach her.

My delivery order was incomplete, and it was impossible to report the problem. The worst part is that the rest of my order was barely edible... soggy fries and a burger kit you had to assemble yourself. And don't even get me started on the crushed drinks, which, miraculously, only leaked a little... thankfully. This will be my last order from this restaurant.

The worst McDonald's experience of my life. Avoid this place.

Catastrophic McDonald's, no choice whatsoever. Seven menu items, shameful. No desserts, no ice cream, no sauces. Dirty table, incompetent staff. Don't come in a group of more than three, there aren't enough chairs!

The wait was interminable given the proximity to the train station. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the kitchens, utensils, and some of the staff left much to be desired. I strongly advise against going there; there are all-you-can-eat restaurants and fast food outlets just two tram stops away.

The best hamburger I've ever had at McDonald's. 5 stars! Well done to the team and the chef!

Dirty restaurant - incomplete order - zero friendliness I placed a takeaway order on Monday just before catching my train. On the train, I realized two desserts were missing, costing €5. I went back on Friday with the receipt. They told me there was nothing they could do, that it was my fault, I should have called ahead! You make a mistake and it's the customer's fault? This place is insane! Not only is there no choice in this restaurant, and your premises are filthy, but now you're adding extra charges to force us to go to a competitor!
