Pizzeria San Remo - Chez Nico

One hour for a pizza, 10 minutes for cutlery, and a carafe of water was still pending. Very disappointed, as this is a place we frequent, or where we also order takeout.

The staff are super friendly, the pizzas are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this pizzeria located in the heart of the city near St. Charles Cathedral.

The pizzas are very good, the team at San Remo Chez Nico is very friendly, we regularly take pizzas to go and also come to eat in.

We arrived to get takeaway pizzas and we really felt like we were bothering them. No one was there to greet us, we were spoken to rudely, they really need to go back to basics with their service. The pizza wasn't even cut into slices; we had to tear it to pieces to eat it, and honestly, it looked small compared to the box. In short, disappointed. It was 7:30 pm, so far from peak hours. In short, disappointed.

Arriving at the last minute before a movie, the owner was very welcoming, despite the restaurant being full, and extremely efficient. The pizzas are very good.

TITLE: Surreal Experience and Public Humiliation - Restaurant to Avoid. I experienced a completely unacceptable situation. The manager falsely accused me, publicly in front of all the staff and customers, of stealing a wad of cash he was "hiding" in the restaurant's restrooms. First, one has the right to ask: why would a restaurant owner hide cash in the restrooms? This raises serious doubts about possible illegal practices or undeclared work. Second, after subjecting me to this slanderous accusation and public humiliation, the owner finally recovered his money. The worst part? He only offered brief apologies and offered absolutely no compensation for the significant emotional distress caused. This behavior is shameful and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. This establishment deserves a serious inspection by the relevant authorities.
