Fantastic experience at Pronto Pizza Saint-Roch! 🍕 The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and the crust is just perfect—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The team is always welcoming and smiling, the service is fast, especially at lunchtime with Ilyas, and the quality is consistently excellent with every order. Special mention for the freshness of the ingredients and the great value for money 👌. I highly recommend it!

The kebab looked good at first glance but after biting into it I immediately spat out what was in my mouth with the urge to vomit, very disappointing, the meat must have been spoiled. First and last time I order there

I paid €10 for a taco, disappointing result, the taco was badly folded and crumbled as soon as I picked it up, poorly filled, the taste wasn't great and it's the third time I've bought one and the third time it hasn't been good.

I never received my taco. I called several times, but the delivery driver assured me he wasn't responsible. The restaurant, for its part, blamed him. I asked for a solution, but the person on the phone was unable to understand my request, telling me it wasn't their problem, even though they were entirely responsible and were probably pretending not to understand my request. Furthermore, they had the nerve to hang up on me and stopped answering my numerous calls. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that night shifts can be complicated. However, when a mistake is made, the least they can do is offer some kind of compensation to rectify it. It's now 12:20 a.m., I have to get up early for work tomorrow, and I still haven't eaten anything. I am extremely disappointed by their lack of respect and consideration for their customers.

The hygiene is appalling, I do not recommend it.

The only one open late on weekdays in the area 💪👌. The 4 cheese pizza and the vegetarian sandwich menu are very good.

We placed an order by phone because we were in a hurry, but when we arrived, they were barely starting to make it. The quality of the ingredients seemed questionable. Disappointed. The price was a bit steep for a simple margarita.
