Absolutely unbelievable: today, the sign said "no credit cards," fine, I had a €10 note, I bought something for €3.65, and then they told me in very broken French, "Can't give change, I gave them everything this morning." So they should have also written "no more cash" and "didn't want to sell anything"... So I left empty-handed and I won't be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly. However, when I entered the bakery on Monday the 28th in the late afternoon, around 5 pm, I opened the doors and was immediately struck by the intense heat. There was no fan, no air conditioning, and I could see that the employees were suffocating. I find it unacceptable that when someone simply has a craving, they quickly step outside to get some fresh air. Nevertheless, the two employees, a young woman and a young man, were very kind and pleasant.

A huge disappointment. A hysterical employee who spoke to me like I was a thug and addressed me informally. All because I asked her if there was a designated line. A reprimand was necessary. This person should find another line of work. They should be more careful during the hiring process. I will never set foot in that place again.

This is the best Marie Blachère bakery in the entire Loire department (42). The pesto cheese pizza is absolutely fantastic! The welcome is warm and the staff is very attentive to their customers. Indoor/outdoor seating available.

25%! If I hadn't been paying attention, it would have been 25% more: Sandwich + dessert + drink = set menu I ordered an extra drink They charged me for the set menu plus two drinks! The guy, nice but a bit awkward with his tablet, didn't speak French, but he eventually understood. Isn't there a training issue here? Something for the chefs to think about...

While traveling, I simply wanted a croissant and a coffee, but there were too many people and not enough staff... I left without ordering.

This morning, I asked to have water heated in my nephew's bottle, but the microwave was supposedly broken. Furthermore, this is the second time I've had to get a coffee because the restrooms weren't accessible at 9:30. This is unacceptable in a public place.

Hello, I came on Thursday, January 15th, to buy four baguettes. They were edible, but there was no salt, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. The baker should pay more attention to the quality of the bread. On the other hand, I was served by a very gracious and friendly sales assistant, which is refreshing these days.

Not two coffees in a row, no hot chocolate, no access to the toilets (we couldn't use them). The service. The salespeople... no comment.

The young woman was rude because I asked for a full coffee! One drop isn't fair considering the price, and I have to pay again for a second drop! I wouldn't go to other bakeries. I've always ordered a full coffee, but not this time. I'm very disappointed. The place is poorly organized, the tables are filthy, and the coffee machine is dirty too! But that's normal, the young women are chatting and laughing, there's nothing wrong with that! Hygiene isn't important!

I bought a tartiflette pizza today. Disgusting... I couldn't even finish it, I threw away three-quarters of it: the crust wasn't cooked!
