I came on Friday, July 17th. I ordered at the kiosk, but the printer was already out of paper. I ordered takeout, paid, picked up my order, and went home, only to find it wasn't my order! I live 10 km away! I went back to the restaurant, and a waitress noticed the mistake and gave me my order, which had been sitting there warm for over 30 minutes. Needless to say, when I got home, the fries were disgusting (straight to the bin!), the sandwiches were cold and misshapen, the drinks were flat, and the ice had melted! And to top it all off, the waitress was unpleasant! Train your staff and improve your recruitment practices, and you'll stop losing customers! I'm done! Order 88

We arrived at 4 pm, so there were very few customers, but we still waited 20 minutes for our meal. However, there were no mistakes with our order. On the other hand, the only restroom wasn't very clean. Avoid this place if you're in a hurry.

I base my opinion on regular visits, not just one. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Sometimes the experience is okay, nothing more; the basics are met: cleanliness, wait time... Other times, you go home with your order and there's no steak in your sandwich (thankfully, that only happened to me once)... a bit much, don't you think? However, I keep coming back because it's close to home, it's more convenient, and the kids love it. There's room for improvement, but it's still just another McDonald's.

If you have time to waste, go ahead, but the wait was very long for two mediocre meals. I strongly advise against it.

I just ordered a basic meal at the drive-thru: a veggie wrap, potatoes, and iced tea. I paid. When I went to pick up my order, she asked me if it was for the veggie wrap. I said yes. I took the bag and went home. Surprise! I ended up with a Big Mac and a cheeseburger. So I can't eat anything. I paid for an order I didn't get! Good luck to whoever gets my order. It's pathetic.

An excellent experience at this McDonald's! We came with children and were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The staff were particularly friendly, available, and very helpful. Our order was perfect: complete, hot, and prepared with care. It's truly a pleasure to see a team so dedicated to customer satisfaction. A special thank you to the person who served us, whose warm welcome, patience, and good humor made our visit very enjoyable. It's thanks to people like her that we want to come back! Congratulations to the entire team and thank you for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.
