If you don't like people, you shouldn't work in retail! That blonde woman with glasses was incredibly unpleasant! Never a smile or a hello!! Luckily, her colleagues raise the bar a bit!

The saleswoman wasn't very friendly and served pastries without gloves while drinking coffee, even though you were waiting for yours. She preferred to chat with her colleague. Dishes were piled up on the counter near the coffee machine. There were breadcrumbs and other food scraps everywhere in the shop, and the toilets were filthy—crumbs and feces on the floor. It's a shame; I won't be going back.

The service was very disappointing. We simply asked for a baguette that wasn't too well-done, but the saleswoman seemed completely indifferent to our request. She made no effort, listened to no one, and displayed a clear lack of friendliness. Local businesses also rely on welcoming and respecting their customers. If you don't enjoy interacting with customers, perhaps you should consider a different profession. It's a shame, because it gives bakeries a bad image.

Excellent baguette, great partnership

The welcome wasn't very friendly, the prices were poorly displayed, and the packaging needs improvement. I ordered a salad for €6.50, which was already expensive for the quality, but on top of that, it wasn't properly sealed (it leaked everywhere) and it was sold without a piece of bread. I find that unacceptable. The staff seemed more interested in joking around than providing proper service. I live in St. Genest and I will now shop at your competitors, who are much more conscientious and helpful. The blonde saleswoman was quite pleasant, but the young man was incredibly rude, and I think you're going to lose a lot of customers because of him, especially considering the competition you have nearby.

I love the bread from the bakery, but the service...outrageous. The blonde saleswoman, around fifty years old, is not only slow (very slow), but also monstrously unpleasant. If you don't like retail, you should find another job. I came to buy cakes and bread, not a memorial for my deceased grandfather. Saying hello is clearly very complicated. I arrived at 6:10 pm and ordered a baguette. I was told, "I don't have any more." I looked at the oven; there was bread baking. I replied that it was baking. "Yes, I just put it in." I asked how long it would take to be ready. "I told you, I just put it in." I'm not a baker; I don't know how long a baguette takes to bake, madam, I told her. "Well, madam, I just put it in, so in 15 minutes." To avoid getting more annoyed, I told her I'd come back in 15 minutes. Her response was "okay," and she turned on her heel to hide behind the door... I've been putting up with this "saleswoman" for months, but I think you're going to end up losing a lot of loyal customers. The prices are already excessive, but if even the saleswoman isn't pleasant in her demeanor, you might as well close down.

It's crazy, when you walk into this bakery, you feel like you're barging in like a bull in a china shop and disturbing the peace. The place is austere and not very cheerful; it really needs a good renovation! … I'd say the same about the saleswomen… The bread isn't anything to write home about, and the pastries aren't any better, far from it! As a resident of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, I only go there when I have no other choice. This shop is nothing like the small bakery I usually go to. I prefer having fewer choices, eating good food, and being greeted by smiling people with a sense of hospitality. I don't usually post negative reviews, but when you've got it all wrong, you've got it all wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️
