We ordered the set menu. The starter was good, but the main course plates arrived cold. At our request, they were warmed up, but the lamb shank was replaced with a sausage without any prior notice. We left very disappointed and decided to eat at a restaurant that respects its customers' choices. Following your response, I would like to point out that I am stating facts without judging you, whereas in your reply, you presume to judge people instead of simply apologizing for not serving the dish we ordered.
