I'm disappointed! Very disappointed by the reception from a woman. She seemed to have a lip piercing. The service was awful—no hello, no goodbye. Nothing. I came to order a strawberry tart and mini doughnuts, we paid, and then we had to play hide-and-seek to find our items. It's unacceptable. Customer service? ZERO! I will never come back, and I advise you all to do the same. Have a bad day.

I've been coming to this bakery for years. The quality is consistent with Marie's Bakery. I've always received exceptionally friendly and helpful service from the saleswomen. And this weekend, when I ordered pizza trays, I asked for an ingredient they didn't have, and the saleswoman herself went to buy it. So a huge thank you to Nassera, who was absolutely fantastic!

What is this Marie Blachère? It's a disgrace! The two waiters are awful! One is practically lying on top of the pies, and the other girl doesn't even say hello or goodbye and doesn't even look at you. At noon, there are no more sandwiches. Just close it down, it would be better, or change staff. This place is truly awful.

Terrible service from a brunette. My mother tried to give her change, but she refused. She didn't even offer to reheat my order, even though it was meant to be eaten hot. Given her attitude, I didn't dare ask. No smile, just arrogance. I much prefer the blonde; she's always smiling. You're the best! I'm adding a star for her, but unfortunately, I don't see her often.

3 young kids at the ovens, one of whom sneezed in his preparations and wiped his nose with his hand 🥴 yuck and the others were dying of laughter.

Excellent welcome, impeccable service from the very smiling saleswoman; it's a pleasure to see such serious and attentive staff.
